I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas this week. I’m still reveling in the holiday glow, wishing it would last forever. We’re also enjoying a bit of a snow storm here in the Northeast, which may or may not hamper our plans to get home! With the holidays behind us, I’m starting to think about the year ahead and what things I want to focus on and intentions I want to set.
I don’t love the idea of New Year’s resolutions, or rather it being the only time to focus on a big change. In fact, I think setting yourself up to make a major undertaking without a plan to ease into or acknowledge backsliding, can only set you up for failure. And who wants to fail?
